Your help is needed! The SC Landowners Association is a non-profit organization committed to protecting the rights of landowners throughout the State of South Carolina. We are available to discuss property issues that are of concern to you, but we can’t do this alone. The South Carolina Landowner Association needs your financial support to continue its vision of protecting your private property rights through advocacy and education at all levels of local, state and federal government. Our activities on behalf of landowners are only limited by our available funds. Our analysis and advice are free as long as our cost of use doesn’t exceed our contributions. We appreciate your financial support in order to continue our work and ensure landowners are protected!

We are “on call” to help you defend your property rights, including the value of your property from being adversely affected by the unreasonable actions of any level of government. We encourage our elected representative & environmentalist groups to consider private property rights as an equal and important consideration in preserving our freedom and way of life under the Constitution of the United States.
